We have enjoyed our short stay very much, especially the upgrade to a suite was a very pleasant surprise which we very much appreciated and enjoyed thank you Hermitage, we will be back.

Amazing customer service!!lovely room with a view and beautiful inside. . All staff at reception and concierge plus valet parking drivers more than helpful and knowledgeable! Breakfast was not that impressive though… lacking the Hermitage standards . ’Definitely going back!!!
